2. Saltwater rinse
Salt is a natural antiseptic and helps reduce inflammation. To treat the pain in your teeth, rinse your mouth with salt water twice daily. Just add ¾ parts salt in a cup of water and swirl this solution in your mouth for 30 seconds before spitting it out.
3. Hydrogen peroxide

Tooth pain and sensitivity may also occur due to grinding teeth which causes the enamel to wear down, exposing the tooth. You can look for mouth exercises to treat the teeth grinding or you can wear a mouthguard at night so the teeth don’t get too affected.
6. Avoid Acidic Foods and Drinks
One of the major causes of tooth sensitivity is the food we eat. If you are experiencing severe pain and sensitivity after eating certain types of food, stop eating them. Also, foods with acidic ingredients should be avoided at all costs.
